Job Description

We recruit a Customer Service Representative for our Italian and Spanish Markets

You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success.

You will primarily be in charge of caring the clients providing quotations and support on their queries.

In addition you will work closely with the content team preparing the sales planned for each country.

You will provide outstanding customer service by liasoning between the sales team and the customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing support to the Sales Team and customer with submission of orders.
  • Coordinating with customers to ensure order data is correct
  • Check that all closed sales have correct internal product codes and all other relevant information for internal processing for delivery and invoicing
  • Identify, manage and change requests while working with Business Development Managers and Project Managers to update closed sales when required
  • Effectively manage project delivery for non-project managed orders direct with customers. 
  • Create and agree on realistic/achievable project plans with customers, clearly defining scope
  • Maintain non-project managed order documentation, including time recording
  • Monitor progress to ensure work is delivered to meet agreed deadlines and budgets
  • Work with to facilitate delivery of services
  • Provide a customer focal point / point of contact
  • Ensure work delivered is of a high quality and within scope of service ordered
  • Manage customer expectations to deliver a high level of customer service, managing relationships and communication with all key stakeholders

Essential Skills
