Job Description

We recruit a Sales Assistant for our Italian and Spanish Markets

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team. You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success.

You will primarily be in charge of caring the clients providing quotations and support on their queries.

In addition you will work closely with the content team preparing the sales planned for each country.

You will provide outstanding customer service by liasoning between the sales team and the customer.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success
• Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members
• Lead client correspondence
• Coordinate delivering of sales campaigns
• Handle customer inquiries and issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Customer-service oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High computer literacy, and an acute awareness of the latest digital trend.
• The ideal candidate is reliable, autonomous, a real problem solver creative and ready to go above and beyond to exceed expectations. You need to be comfortable with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
• A perfect written and spoken English.
• Speaking and writing Italian fluently is an important asset to understand Italian customers
• Additional languages are considered a plus
