Job Description
We recruit a Customer Service Representative for our Italian and Spanish Markets. You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success. You will primarily be in charge of caring the clients providing quotations and support on their queries. In addition you will work closely with the content team preparing the sales planned for each country. You will provide outstanding customer service by liaising between the sales team and the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Sales Team and customer with submission of orders.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure order data is correct.
- Check that all closed sales have correct internal product codes and information for delivery and invoicing.
- Identify, manage and change requests working with BDMs and PMs.
- Manage direct delivery for non‑project managed orders with customers.
- Create and agree realistic/achievable project plans with customers.
- Maintain documentation including time recording.
- Monitor progress to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
- Work with Tawk.to to facilitate delivery of services.
- Act as customer focal point and ensure quality of delivered work.
